1. LTL Products (e.g., Roof top tents) :
   Orders are usually processed within 2 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping distance:

   • In-state: typically 4–7 working days

   • Out-of-state: typically 7–10 working days

   Non-LTL Products (e.g., Awnings) :
   Orders are shipped within 48 hours after placement. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days. (Note: Delivery times may vary due to high order volume, holidays, or natural events.)

   We deliver to the following states and areas:
   • States: Alabama, American Samoa, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Washington D.C., Micronesia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Northern Mariana Islands, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

   Areas we do not ship to:

   • Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, U.S. Armed Forces (military bases), and other armed forces locations.

   • Shipped within 48 hours after the order is placed.
   • Delivery time: 3-7 working days (Note: Delivery times may vary due to orders, holidays, or natural disasters).

   We deliver to the following provinces and territories:
   • Provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan.
