At Roveroll, we are committed to customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. Please carefully review the following policies regarding order cancellations, returns, repairs, and warranty coverage. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.

Order Cancellations and Address Changes

  • Before Shipping: Orders canceled before shipment will incur a 3.5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.
  • After Shipping: Once a tracking number is issued, changes to the shipping address or order cancellations may incur a fee ranging from $50 to $500, plus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Receiving and Inspecting Your Order / Damaged Shipments

  • Upon delivery, inspect your order immediately to avoid storage fees.
  • If you notice damage, refuse the delivery and take photos.
  • Contact Roveroll immediately at info@roveroll.com.
  • If concealed damage is discovered after accepting the shipment, contact us within three (3) business days.
  • Responsibility for shipping costs shifts to the customer once a damaged product is accepted.

Returns

We accept returns within 10 business days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Exclusions: Bedding and similar products must remain unopened.
  • Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will apply.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@roveroll.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before returning any items.
  2. Returns without an RMA will be rejected and returned to the sender.
  3. Use trackable shipping methods. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Warranty and Repairs

Roveroll Warranty Coverage

We proudly offer the following warranties on our products:

  • Rooftop Tent Warranty: 2 years from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) any defective parts at no charge.
  • Accessories Warranty: 1 year from the date of purchase for non-tent related items. We will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective parts due to manufacturing issues.

What’s Covered:

  • Defects in material or workmanship.

Exclusions:

  • Wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage from external sources (e.g., weather or transportation).

Warranty claims are available only to the original purchaser and require proof of purchase.

Repairs for Out-of-Warranty Products

If your product is outside of warranty, we can still offer repair services for a fee.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage.
  • Misuse, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
  • Damage from environmental conditions (e.g., storms, natural disasters).
  • Modifications or repairs not performed by Roveroll.
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Us: Send your name, product details, issue description, and photos to info@roveroll.com.
  2. We will respond within three (3) business days with further instructions.
  3. If a return is necessary for inspection, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
  4. Repairs or replacements may include new or refurbished parts.
