**Returns, Repairs, and Warranty**

At Roveroll, we understand that purchasing our products is a significant investment, and we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied. Please read our policy carefully and reach out to us with any questions before making a purchase. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time.

**Order Cancellations and Address Changes**

Orders that are cancelled before shipping are subject to a 3.5% administrative fee to cover processing costs.

Once a tracking number has been issued, any changes to the shipping address or cancellations of the order will incur fees based on the situation. These may range from $50 to $500, plus a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Receiving and Inspecting Your Order / Damaged Shipments**

Upon scheduling delivery with our carrier, please be available to inspect your order promptly to avoid any storage fees. Examine the products thoroughly at delivery. If you find any damage, please take photos, refuse the delivery, and contact us immediately at info@roveroll.com. If there’s a concern about potential damage despite intact packaging, obtain delivery receipt from the driver and notify us. You have three days to report any concealed damages after accepting the shipment. Acceptance of a damaged product transfers the responsibility for shipping costs to you.

**Returns**

Returns are accepted within ten (10) business days of receipt under the following conditions:

– Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

– Bedding and similar products must remain unopened.

– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

– A 20% restocking fee applies.

Contact us at info@roveroll.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) before sending anything back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to the sender. Ensure the use of trackable shipping methods as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

**Warranty and Repairs**

Roveroll stands behind the quality of its products with the following warranties:

ROOFTOP TENT WARRANTY

For 2 years from the date of purchase, Roveroll will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts at no cost to the customer.

ACCESSORIES WARRANTY

For 1 year from the date of purchase, Roveroll will repair or replace (at our option) defective parts due to manufacturing at no cost to the customer on any of our non-tent related items.

This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship and is available only to the original purchaser. It excludes wear and tear, misuse, accidents, and damage from external sources such as weather or transportation. Warranty claims should be submitted with proof of purchase to info@roveroll.com.

If a product is out of warranty or damaged outside the terms of the warranty, we can often still offer repair services for a fee.

**Warranty Exclusions**

The warranty does not apply to:

– Ordinary wear and tear or cosmetic damage.

– Damage from misuse, lack of maintenance, or accidents.

– Damage from environmental conditions, including storms and natural disasters.

– Modifications or repairs not performed by Roveroll.

– Products used for commercial or rental purposes.

**Warranty Claims**

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your name, product details, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs. We will respond within three (3) business days with further instructions. If the product needs to be returned for inspection, you are responsible for shipping costs. Repairs or replacements under warranty may use new or refurbished parts.
